Since 1956

Family ground, shipped worldwide

Eli Amberlane began with forty acres and a used tractor. Seventy years on we work nine hundred acres of wheat, olives, orchards and grazing land — sending each harvest to customers in twelve countries.

The family still runs the place. Whoever grades your wheat answers to the name above the gate. The recipe never changed: raise it carefully, pack it truthfully, pick up the phone.

What we do

One farm, three crafts

How we farm

Patience beats machinery

  • Ground first. Long rotations, cover crops and compost leave our soil richer each decade.
  • Known origins. Each sack and bottle points to its field, its week and its crew.
  • Familiar hands. Picking crews come back season after season — familiar faces gather most harvests.
  • Straight grades. A lot that misses export standard is sold at home, openly. Nothing is blended away.
