Nine hundred acres of hard red wheat, cut at precisely the right moisture, cleaned and optically sorted on our own line, then bagged in 25kg export sacks or loaded loose.
Each lot sails with protein, moisture and falling-number sheets from an accredited laboratory. Millers across twelve countries bake with Amberlane grain — most have ordered for five years or longer.

Placing an order, step by step
- Sample first. We mail 500g from the true lot before you commit.
- Locked quote. Grade, volume and freight held for 30 days.
- Sealed at the farm. Your container closed in our yard, followed to port.
